The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a growing fit-out and refurbishment division delivering projects across the UK.
This is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial and public sector environments, particularly involving works within live operational buildings.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to completion across multiple locations.
Typical works include:
Internal refurbishments and upgrades
Fit-out of operational spaces and back-of-house areas
M&E, finishes, and minor structural alterations
Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
Managing works within live environments with minimal disruption
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Supporting delivery across multiple short-term projects
Flexibility is required, including occasional evening and weekend working where project needs demand.
Travel & Working Away
This role involves regular travel across the UK.
Travel and accommodation arranged by a dedicated internal team
Living away allowance provided when applicable
Subsistence covered
Expenses reimbursed promptly

Have experience as a Site Manager within fit-out, interiors, or refurbishment
Are confident working in live environments
Are flexible and open to nationwide travel
