How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Fully Remote Autism Assessor
    £300–£350 per assessment | Consistent work available
    Location: Fully remote
    Contract: Associate / contract with flexible scheduling
    Rates:

    ADI-R (3.5 hours): £350
    ADOS (3 hours): £300About the Role
    This is a fully remote associate position for experienced Autism Assessors who want flexible work alongside existing clinical commitments. You’ll focus solely on delivering high-quality Autism assessments for children and/or adults, without ongoing case management responsibilities.
    You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary service with clear processes, structured assessments, and strong administrative support—allowing you to prioritise clinical work.
    Requirements
    Current NMC, GMC, or HCPC registration
    Certified ADI-R / ADOS training (CPD accredited)
    Proven experience conducting Autism assessmentsKey Responsibilities
    Conduct assessments with parents or carers in line with clinical standards
    Produce high-quality reports within a two-day turnaround
    Escalate complex cases in line with governance proceduresAbout the Service
    You’ll support a specialist mental health provider expanding Autism assessment pathways for both NHS Right to Choose and private patients. The service is clinically led, with a strong focus on consistency, governance, and outcomes.
