The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in assembling and inspecting precision components, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves repetitive, detail-focused tasks and requires both teamwork and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Hand assembling of connectors
Quality check patrolling
First-off and last-off product inspection
Ensuring all work meets required specifications
Working to EN9100 standards
Assisting with additional tasks such as packing, when required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has high attention to detail and is committed to quality
Has previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Is comfortable working with small components
Can work well both as part of a team and independently
Can follow standard working processes
