We are recruiting Factory Operatives / Production Operatives to work rotating day and night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern:
6am – 6pm
6pm – 6am
✅ Day and night shifts rotate
✅ 4 days on / 4 days off
✅ £12.71 per hour
As a Factory Operative / Production Operative, you will be involved in production line work, operating machinery, quality checking, and maintaining a safe and clean factory environment.

The pay rate can increase if you learn how to work on more Machines. The pay starts at £12.71 an hour for one machine. For running two machines the pay will increase to around £14 and for 3 machines £16.
