The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
Support residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity and independence
Assist with daily living activities
Encourage social engagement and participation
Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
Maintain accurate care documentation
Promote a safe and welcoming environment
About You
Previous care experience preferred but not essential
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care desirable
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care
