Salary: £65,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Bonus
We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing engineering services organisation to recruit a Regional Manager. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role responsible for delivering service excellence across multiple sites, while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

The Role
As Regional Manager, you will take ownership of key client relationships across a defined region, acting as the senior point of contact for service delivery, performance, and commercial matters.
You will lead and influence multi-site engineering teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service aligned to KPIs and SLAs, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders
* Act as the escalation point for service, performance, and commercial issues
* Lead customer performance reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction
* Translate customer requirements into clear operational and service delivery plans
* Support account growth through value-add initiatives, projects, and scope development
* Oversee contract performance, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards are met
* Partner with internal teams to enhance service delivery, safety, and operational performance
About You
We are looking for a commercially aware, technically credible leader with a strong track record in client-facing roles within engineering or technical service environments.
You will have:
* Proven experience managing key client relationships within engineering, manufacturing, logistics, facilities, or similar sectors
* Strong leadership skills, with experience overseeing multi-site or field-based teams
* A solid understanding of service delivery frameworks (KPIs, SLAs, contract management)
* Experience driving continuous improvement, cost reduction, and performance optimisation
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
* Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
Additional Information
This role supports multiple client sites across the South and Midlands, including regular travel to sites, with occasional international travel.
The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance of Kettering to effectively support the regional portfolio.
