A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a KS1 teacher to join the team for September 2026. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting young learners, building strong foundations in early learning and creating a positive, nurturing classroom culture.

Role: KS1 Teacher

Location: Brent
Contract: Full time - September 2026
Salary: M1 - M6 (Inner London Pay Scale)

Responsibilities

As the KS1 teacher, plan and deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress
Support pupils in developing key literacy, numeracy and independence skills
Establish clear routines and positive behaviour expectations appropriate for KS1
Use assessment to identify next steps for learning and support pupils of all abilities
Build positive partnerships with families and collaborate effectively with colleagues

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience as a KS1 Teacher
Able to build a fair, respectful and encouraging learning environment
Committed to consistent communication and professional collaboration
