* Lead the technical implementation of medium to large network infrastructures, ensuring delivery within timescales and managing risks.
* Provide expert guidance on LAN network setup, infrastructure patching, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
* Advise on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to optimise product performance and customer satisfaction.
* Manage systems within SLA, proposing improvements and implementing changes to meet service standards.
* Engage with third parties to resolve complex product issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
* Stay current with new tools, products, and techniques, promoting continuous improvement within the team.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in independently implementing LAN networks and infrastructure patching according to design specifications.
