Duties
* Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone, email and mobile.
* Provide accurate information regarding our services, ensuring customer needs are fully understood.
* Utilise our CRM system to log interactions, update customer records, and track service requests efficiently.
* Analyse customer data to identify trends or issues, contributing to continuous service improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries and escalate issues when necessary.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, fostering positive relationships with clients.
Experience
* Proven experience in a customer service role
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
