Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Adecco Romford & London East are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work with students and teachers in supportive schools 🏫.
What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse needs ✍🏽
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment 🧑🏽🏫
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure student success ⭐
Encourage social interaction and help build confidence 🌈
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children, especially those with special/ additional needs
A kind, patient, and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to nurturing the individual potential of every child
