About the role…
Responsible for leading a team, accountable for ensuring that all information supplied to both colleagues and clients is accurate and available in a timely manner. With advanced skills and knowledge of relevant software applications including GIS software (Mapinfo, Infonet), CCTV data systems and Microsoft Excel, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective transition of processes through the various stages and that procedures are adhered to, reporting exceptions to improve risk management. Solving problems using an analytical and critical thinking approach to issues and anomalies.
Effectively communicating (both written and verbal) to explain, illustrate or document issues and solutions. Identifying coaching needs for team members and providing guidance to colleagues in best practice and new information.
Responsible for positive contact with clients and suppliers to build, manage and maintain strong relationships, as well as working closely with and supporting other areas of the business to assist as required including software development and operations.
Continuously identifying improvement opportunities to make efficiencies to existing systems.
As a Survey Data Team Leader, you will…
Administration
Oversee process for receiving works from site
Receiving enquiries from a variety of sources
Follow up enquiries to ensure closure, escalation or resolution
Maintaining records to update job status
Working in conjunction with various aspects of the business
Preparing presentation of deliverables
Data entry and updates using Excel, Access and all related software applications
Technical Analysis
Maintain systems (recording, process, archiving)
Ensure systems are maintained
Use CCTV data software to update information
Use GIS software as required
Proactive approach to problem prevention
Carrying out and reviewing validation procedures
Analyse and resolve or report anomalies
Following client specifications as necessary
Update confidential commercial information
Assisting in the planning and preparation of site work as appropriate
Oversee production of plans
Oversee producing schedules
Assist as required in gap analysis
About you…
Team leadership and People management Skills
Level 3 or higher IT related qualification is desirable
Use of CCTV data input and update software
CCTV data and asset management knowledge
Purpose of CCTV qualifications (os19X and OS21X)
