Location: Shirley (B90)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:00 for three weeks, followed by one week 09:00 to 17:00, rotating on a set basis
Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting a Production Operative for their client based in Shirley. This is a long term Production Operative role with consistent working hours on a rotating shift pattern. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to build their career as a Production Operative in a supportive team.

Production Operative Role Description:

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by operating machinery and ensuring product quality. Daily duties will include:

•Operating a guillotine machine to cut product samples accurately
•Carrying out cutting product samples work to prepare items for despatch to customers
•Checking quality and accuracy of samples cut by the guillotine machine
•Organising and preparing customer orders for despatch
•Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in the production area
•Assisting with general Production Operative duties as required

Production Operative Requirements:

•Previous experience as a Production Operative or within a manufacturing/production environment is desirable
•Confidence in operating machinery such as a guillotine machine (training can be provided)
•Strong attention to detail when cutting product samples
•Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
•Willingness to adapt to the rotating shift pattern
