This is a long-term opportunity where your craftsmanship is valued—working on high-quality stainless steel projects with a team that takes pride in precision and finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
TIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel (0.8mm – 3mm)
Fabricating ductwork, pipework, and bespoke components
Precision welding on gas pipework and manifold systems (including flange work)
Performing high-spec purged (back purging) TIG welding
Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings
Supporting occasional on-site installation work
Inspecting your own work to ensure top-quality standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience in TIG welding thin gauge stainless steel
Confident with purged TIG welding techniques
Strong fabrication skills (pipework, ducting, stainless)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Full UK driving licence (essential for occasional site work)
Laser welding experience (a bonus, not essential)
Reliable, detail-focused, and takes pride in high-quality work
Able to work independently and as part of a team
