About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our Children’s Centre team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children’s development and working closely with families in a community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework
Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities
Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and professionals to support each child’s needs
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Requirements
Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above preferred)
Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
A caring, proactive, and reliable approach
