We’re recruiting for a Senior Programme Manager for a growing manufacturing business in Sheffield, investing heavily in its future with a £60M programme of work.
This Senior Programme Manager role is a key hire for the business. You’ll take full ownership of a major SAP implementation, working directly with the MD and senior leadership team to deliver a business-wide transformation.

What you’ll be doing as Senior Programme Manager:
* Lead the full SAP (ERP) implementation across the business
* Oversee multiple workstreams and keep all projects aligned
* Manage timelines, risks, and delivery across departments
* Act as the key link between IT, engineering, operations, and leadership
* Report directly to the MD and Board on progress and performance
* Identify issues early and take action to keep the programme on track
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to plan
* Approve project scope and ensure clear objectives are set
* Drive engagement across the business during the transformation
* Manage the transition from project delivery into day-to-day operations
What we’re looking for in a Senior Programme Manager:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale projects or programmes
* Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
* Exposure to ERP / SAP implementations or business transformation projects
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
* Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams at once
* Ability to report into senior leadership and communicate clearly
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage pressure
* Background in capital projects or business improvement is beneficial
* Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMI, etc.) are advantageous
