Key Responsibilities

Export Operations: Coordinate the full sea export process, from initial booking and space procurement through to final destination.

Carrier Management: Liaise with shipping lines and hauliers to ensure seamless flow from the door to the port.

Documentation: Manage essential export paperwork, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and customs declarations.
*
Customer Service: Act as the go-to contact for your clients, offering proactive milestones and solving logistics challenges before they escalate.

Commercial Accuracy: Oversee file profitability through diligent job costing and accurate invoicing.
Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience within a UK-based sea export forwarding environment.
*
Technical Skills: Familiarity with industry platforms like CargoWise or MultiFreight is a major plus.

The Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a "right-first-time" attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
