Hours / shift pattern - 38.5 Hours Per Week, 4 nights on, 4 nights off, between the hours of (Apply online only)

Salary - Competitive Annual Salary plus 12% management bonus & night premium

We’re looking for a motivated and supportive Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, creating a positive team environment, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding and motivating a team to deliver excellent operational performance while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

* Leading and motivating a warehouse team during your shift

* Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring targets are met

* Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential

* Maintaining high standards of safety and operational procedures

* Working closely with managers and other departments to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

* Previous warehouse or logistics experience

* Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)

* A positive attitude with strong communication skills

* Someone who enjoys supporting and developing others

* Ability to stay organised and calm in a busy environment
