Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities within target sectors
* Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners
* Support bid strategies and contribute to winning proposals
* Drive revenue growth across both new and existing capabilities
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven BD/sales experience, ideally within defence, government, or contingency operations
* Strong network or experience engaging with MoD, government bodies, or primes
* Commercially astute with a proactive, results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This role would involve travel based between multipe sites with the primary being in Reading. It is a high-impact role offering the chance to shape and grow a critical vertical in a dynamic environment.
