The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out structural inspections, producing detailed technical reports, and supporting project delivery across a varied building portfolio.
Structural Surveyor - Position Overview
Carry out structural inspections and site surveys
Produce clear, detailed structural reports and technical documentation
Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and Tekla
Support projects from initial site visit through to final report issue
Liaise with internal technical teams to support ongoing project delivery
Approx. 30% site based / 70% office based
Role based in Rochester
Structural Surveyor - Position Requirements
Minimum 18 months' experience within a consultancy setting
Experience working as a Structural Surveyor or in a closely related structural role
Strong technical report writing skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Tekla
Strong IT skills and confident computer literacy
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Right to work in the UK
Structural Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
Salary £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
