About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering company for an experienced Powder Coater to join their team in Biggleswade. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes and is looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity.
This role may also suit candidates who have worked as a Paint Sprayer, Industrial Coater, Finishing Operative, or within a manufacturing or fabrication environment where surface preparation and coating are key.
What You’ll Do

Prepare metal components for coating including cleaning, masking, and pre-treatment
*
Apply powder coatings using spray equipment to a high standard
*
Ensure even coverage and consistent finish across all parts
*
Monitor curing processes and oven settings
*
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
*
Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organised
*
Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Powder Coater is essential

Good understanding of surface preparation and coating techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
