How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Graduate – SEN & Disadvantaged Pupil Support
    Location: Lambeth, London
    Contract: Full-time, long-term
    Start Date: ASAP 
    Pay: £108.35 per day

    About the Role:

    A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a motivated and compassionate aspiring graduate to join their SEN support team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent psychology, education, or related graduate to gain hands-on experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
    Working alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and the wider support team, you will help deliver personalised learning, promote social-emotional development, and support pupils to reach their full potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist with the implementation of tailored learning plans for children with SEN
    Support pupils in developing communication, social, and emotional skills
    Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress and adapt strategies
    Engage with children in both classroom and small-group settings
    Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate:

    A recent graduate in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
    Passionate about supporting children with SEN and those from disadvantaged backgrounds
    Patient, empathetic, and resilient with strong communication skills
    Keen to develop practical experience in a primary school setting
