A leading FMCG manufacturing company has a requirement for an Engineering Team Leader to join their Engineering team.

This role involves provision of engineering support, maintaining adequate cover, and ensuring all plant / machinery is kept in working order. You will be leading a proactive, experienced engineering team in the provision of both planned and reactive maintenance engineering activities.
This role will suit a motivated engineering supervisor or senior engineer who is keen to lead a team in the upkeep of high speed, automated machinery.

Role Description
* Leading the team in the provision of Planned and reactive maintenance engineering activities across a range of manufacturing machinery.
* Planning of engineering work to be carried out.
* Providing skilled 'hands on' mechanical / electrical fault-finding support.
* Ensuring all engineering records are accurately completed and recorded.
* Ensure engineers are trained in Health & Safety practices.
* Contributing to engineering improvement ideas.

Skills and Qualifications
* Engineering Team Leading experience.
* Qualified to Level 3+ in an engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical)
* Ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers.
* Experience of working within an industrial manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication skills.
