Our client, a well-established and customer-focused organisation based in Farnham, is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to secure a long-term role, with an immediate start available.

Job type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Farnham
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour (temporary)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Start date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently
* Processing orders, updates, and customer requests on internal systems
* Maintaining and updating customer records with a high level of accuracy
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
* Managing customer expectations and delivering a high standard of service
* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
