kolt recruitment are looking for a skilled Paint Technician to join a busy and reputable accident repair centre. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who can confidently manage the full paint process while supporting strip and refit duties to ensure high-quality vehicle repairs.
key responsibilities:

* prepare vehicles for paint, including masking, sanding, and priming

* carry out high-quality paint spraying to manufacturer standards

* complete colour matching and blending work

* carry out strip and refit of vehicle components as required

* ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard

* maintain a clean and safe working environment

requirements:

* previous experience as a vehicle paint technician within an accident repair centre

* strong strip and fitting experience is essential

* excellent attention to detail and quality of work

* ability to work independently and as part of a team

* full uk driving licence preferred
