I’m currently working with a family-run principal contractor with 40+ years of history who have undergone serious growth over the last 3 years. They are now looking to hire two Site Managers in West London.

They’ve built a strong reputation delivering everything from small works (£500) through to high-end residential projects (£2m), and they’re not slowing down.

The Opportunities 1. Multi-Project Site Manager
Running 2–3 projects (small works & fire/flood reinstatement up to £500k)

2. Site Manager (High-End)
Taking full ownership of a £1m–£2m flagship project
