We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work full-time across welcoming and well-resourced secondary schools in Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an educational environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact on students' academic journeys.
The Role
Provide in-class support across core subjects: Maths, English, and Science
Work closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and student engagement
Offer targeted support to individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
Assist students with varying abilities, including those who may need additional academic support
Help create a positive, inclusive, and focused classroom environmentRequirements
Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is essential
Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (Maths, English, or Science)
A degree is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
