Service Administrator

Dk Recruitment are looking for our client to join their Busy Engineering Department and are looking for an organised, motivated Administrator to join the team in Exeter.

In this role, you’ll manage the diaries of the engineers, ensuring that all client services are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Book preventative and corrective maintenance visits for multiple engineers

*

Process invoices for engineers’ visits

*

Keep client account administration accurate and up to date

*

Provide analysis reports for weekly/monthly management meetings

*

Liaise with managers regularly on job progress, queries, and customer updates

*

Support in acquiring new service contracts

*

Handle general correspondence and ad hoc tasks
