As part of the growth plans for 2026, they are seeking to appoint trainee Life and Protection consultant to join their established team in Farnborough.
This is an employed role with a starting salary of £26,000.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.30 to 7 pm and 9 to 5 pm Friday.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Proven track record in working to targets in telesales.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers, with demonstrable experience in overcoming objections and any initial reluctance to continue the call.
* A genuine desire to build knowledge around Life, Protection and Critical Illness products.
* Able to adopt a consultative sales approach with potential clients.
* Have a tenacious outlook with drive and determination to be the best.
Realistic OTE is between £42-46,000
Once established you will be considered for a promotion to senior consultant, this results in a significant salary increase and an OYTE which can exceed £70,000.
