We are seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to work on a landscaping project in Tottenham, focusing on gardens and communal areas within a residential development. This is a hands-on role requiring precision and attention to detail to help deliver high-quality external finishes.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site
* Carry out grading, levelling, and preparation for gardens and communal spaces
* Assist with shaping areas for turfing, planting, paving, and pathways
* Support installation of drainage and services where required
* Work closely with landscapers to achieve clean, accurate finishes
* Perform daily machine checks and report any issues
* Follow all health & safety regulations on site
Requirements
* Valid CPCS or NPORS card (360 Excavator)
* Proven experience on landscaping or external works projects
* Good eye for levels and detail in finished work
* Ability to work well within a team
* Full PPE
* Reliable with strong timekeeping
Desirable
* Experience on residential developments
* Lifting ops certification
* Knowledge of soft and hard landscaping processes
Salary description
£24.00 - £25.00 per hour
