CPCS/NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshall

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Marshall (Traffic Marshal) to start immediately on a busy construction site in Buntingford (SG9).

The Role
You will be responsible for controlling vehicle movements on site, ensuring safe access and egress, and maintaining a high standard of traffic management to support ongoing site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Directing and controlling the safe movement of vehicles and plant on site
Managing site access points and ensuring correct entry/exit procedures
Assisting with deliveries and coordinating with site teams
Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle segregation where required
Ensuring all traffic routes remain clear and safe
Communicating effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site management
Adhering to all site health & safety procedures at all timesRequirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS 
Previous experience in a similar role on construction or civils sites
Strong awareness of site safety and traffic management procedures
