CPCS/NPORS Groundworker/Dumper

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with Dumper Ticket for an immediate start on a project in Buntingford (SG9).

The Role
You will be working as part of a busy civils/groundworks team, carrying out a range of general groundworks duties while also operating a dumper as required to support site activities.

Key Responsibilities
General groundworks including excavation, backfilling, and trenching
Laying drainage, ducting, kerbs, and concrete works
Operating a dumper safely and efficiently on site
Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
Moving materials and supporting machine operators
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with site health & safety procedures
Working closely with site supervisors and other tradesRequirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS
Proven experience as a groundworker on civils/construction sites
Good understanding of groundwork operations and site safety
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
