Job Overview
Architect role within an established London practice delivering bespoke private residential projects. This position suits candidates with strong design and technical ability, working across all RIBA stages on high-end schemes. The role focuses on detailed design development, technical delivery, and coordination within residential projects.
Role & Responsibilities
Deliver projects across all RIBA stages
Produce detailed technical drawing packages
Coordinate with clients and consultants
Contribute to design development and detailing
Ensure regulatory complianceAdditional duties include attending meetings, site visits, and project reviews while supporting project delivery across residential schemes.
Skills & Experience Required
At least 3 years' post-qualification experience
Strong residential technical detailing experience
Knowledge of UK planning and regulations
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong communication and coordination skillsExperience with ArchiCAD is advantageous, alongside a strong understanding of construction and project delivery.
