Senior Finance Manager - European FP&A

An established, international organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead European FP&A activities and partner closely with commercial and regional leadership teams.

This role has ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the European business, providing insight into revenue, margin, and cost trends, and supporting profitable growth through robust financial modelling and commercial decision support. You will play a key role in expense control, month‑end analysis, and revenue recognition, while maintaining a strong control environment and adherence to governance standards.

The position also includes responsibility for leading and developing a European finance team, working collaboratively with a global FP&A network, and driving continuous improvement through more efficient, standardised processes.

Key requirements include strong FP&A experience in an international environment, the ability to partner effectively with commercial stakeholders, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive, confident approach to challenging assumptions and improving performance.
