* Job Title - Operations & Systems Compliance Manager
* Location - Watford
* 37.5h / week Monday to Friday Hybrid working

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Habits
* Experience in an operations, compliance, H&S, or sustainability‑related role. • Knowledge of accreditation requirements and standards, e.g., ISO frameworks
* Knowledge of ESG frameworks or sustainability reporting. • IOSH certification desirable. • Excellent organizational skills and efficiency with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
* Operations efficiency / excellence •
* Support the Operations team to spearhead continuous improvement across the business
* Identify opportunities to standardize, document, define and implement policies and procedures
* Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiative
* Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
Health and safety
Act as main safety contact for the healthcare office.
With a mandate to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance across the teams, this individual will assess risks, develop policies, investigate incidents, as well as provide safety training for staff, patients, or visitors.
Serve as a liaison between management and employees and ensure employees follow all safety protocols for fire alarms, other security incidents.. • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, standards, and legislation. • Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments

£60000.00 - £70000.00 per year
