Due to continued company success, our client is seeking a multi-skilled applicant, who is confident in undertaking water hygiene and plumbing duties, in addition to legionella risk assessments. You will be joining a national player within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, who have a growing presence across the South East of England. The ideal applicant will have a flexible attitude in order to adapt to changing client requirements. Experience / Qualifications:
* Proven experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer / Legionella Risk Assessor / Plumber
* Will hold the City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing
* Must be qualified with the G3 Unvented ticket and NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
* Excellent technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
* Hardworking attitude
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
* CWST inspections, cleans and disinfections
* Tank installations and chlorinations
* Showerhead disinfections
* TMV servicing, installations and replacements
* Removing deadlegs
* Replacing flexi-hoses
* Cooling tower cleans and disinfections
* Conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
* Fault-finding on site
* Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring
* Producing detailed reports to advise on findings and make appropriate recommendations
