Role & Responsibilities
Lead Principal Designer duties across multiple projects

At least 5 years' experience in CDM roles
Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and compliance
Experience on large-scale office or residential projects
Background in architecture, engineering, or similar
APS membership preferredSalary & Benefits
£65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.
