The Role
As an Estimator, you will be a key contributor to the tendering process, producing accurate and competitive cost estimates that support the company's continued success.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
Collaborating with internal teams including commercial and project delivery
Supporting bid presentations and client engagement where required
About You
Proven experience as an Estimator within construction or refurbishment
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of tendering processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
