Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards
Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people
Lead, develop, and support the staff team
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
Work closely with external professionals, families, and stakeholders
Requirements
Previous experience within an Ofsted-registered children’s home
Either:
Current Registered Manager experience, or
Strong Deputy Manager experience with readiness to step up
Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
