A motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor who brings a desire to become MRICS, is now needed by a London Bridge based practice.
  
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
  
With great support from the key Partners, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working across a mixed portfolio of mixed use schemes and commercial, leisure & retail projects across London, starting with a High End retail project worth £12m.
  
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
Ideally 12 months work experience
Baseline understanding of pre contract duties
A huge interest in learning
Able to be in meetings and take notes and support a Senior QS
Positive attitude
Wants to learn In Return?

£40,000 - £45,000
APC structure
Will be MRICS within 24 months
27 days annual leave + bank holidays
6% Pension contribution
