Basic Salary: Up to £36,000 (Depending on Experience)
OTE: £42,000 (Efficiency Bonus)
Location: Corby Hours: Mon - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 & No Weekends

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a professional and well-established dealership in Corby. This role offers a structured, supportive environment with consistent workflow and the opportunity to maximise earnings through efficiency.
This position would suit a technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and is looking to progress within a stable and well-organised workshop. If you have an MOT License this is preferential but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard
·Diagnosing faults effectively using diagnostic equipment
·Completing work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
·Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and safety standards
·Accurately recording all work completed
·Providing clear and professional communication when required
What We're Looking For:
·NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair - essential
·Minimum 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
·MOT Licence - desirable but not essential
·Own tools and a full UK driving licence
·Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
