The Role - Pastoral Support Assistant
Seeking a proactive and school-experienced Pastoral Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary setting. You will work closely with Heads of Year, safeguarding leads and teaching staff to support behaviour, attendance and wellbeing across the school. The role involves removing pupils from lessons for interventions, running pastoral support sessions, supporting reintegration into class and working directly with pupils who are at risk of exclusion. Strong behaviour management and the ability to build professional relationships within a school environment are essential.
