We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to support delivery on a live M&E project in Woking. This is a hands-on role overseeing mechanical works on-site, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are hit.

The Role

* Manage day-to-day mechanical site activities

* Oversee subcontractors and site labour

* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications

* Drive QA, snagging, and commissioning stages

* Maintain strict health & safety compliance

* Liaise with project teams, clients, and other trades

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within the M&E sector

* Background in commercial / residential projects (plant rooms, HVAC, pipework etc.)

* SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred)

* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical installations

* Ability to manage programme and site teams effectively
