HCR is partnering with an award-winning provider to recruit a driven Registered Home Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of a well-established service, enhancing quality and building on its reputation to achieve a “Good” or “Outstanding” rating with the Care Quality Commission.
As a Registered Home Manager, you will hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and bring strong leadership, a focus on quality care, and the ability to develop a positive, high-performing team culture.
Registered Home Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service.
* Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence.
* Build strong relationships with residents’ families and stakeholders.

Registered Home Manager Requirements:
* Experienced Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting
* Active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN)
* Proven track record of achieving “Good” ratings with the Care Quality Commission or successfully improving service performance
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive quality, compliance, and team engagement
