Key Responsibilities:
In this hands-on kitchen role, you will:
Run the wood fire oven section confidently
Prepare and cook flatbreads using fresh, local ingredients
Work with produce sourced from on-site kitchen gardens
Make and manage dough preparation daily
Prep and present garnishes to a high standard
Engage with guests while cooking in a visible kitchen environment
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this Chef position, you'll need:
Previous kitchen experience in a fresh food environment
Confidence working in a guest-facing role
Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
Willingness to learn, with full training provided on the section
