Customer Service Representative

Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a global animal health company on a contract basis for 12 months

Salary:
Paying £12.97 per hour PAYE

Customer Service Representative Role:

Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
Process and prioritise customer orders across multiple systems in line with SLAs.
Perform accurate data entry and support maintenance of product and system codes.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines.
Monitor stock availability and support order fulfilment processes.
Log and support investigation of product and service complaints in line with quality standards.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal quality procedures.Your Background:

Previous experience within customer service, administration, planning, or supply chain environments.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
IT literate, including working knowledge of Excel.Company:

This role is based at our clients site near Oxford.
