Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 + bonus + benefits

We are currently looking for an Analytics Lead to join a growing, specialist consultancy within the financial services space.
This role sits within a high-performing and collaborative team, supporting a range of organisations across banking, fintech, and payments. As an Analytics Lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver data-led solutions focused on risk, fraud, and financial crime.
The Analytics Lead will play a key role in leading projects end-to-end, combining strong analytical capability with stakeholder engagement. This is an important hire for the business as they continue to expand their data offering and support clients with increasingly complex challenges.

You will be responsible for:
Leading data-focused projects across financial crime and fraud
Analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Supporting the design and improvement of monitoring and detection processes
Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions
Translating data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Supporting junior team members and contributing to overall project delivery
