We are looking for a maintenance engineer to work a continental shift at their site near Worcester. The right person will be mechanically qualified and have experience in a maintenance capacity within a manufacturing environment.

Maintenance Engineer Duties:
* Days and nights (4on / 4off)
* Planned and reactive maintenance.
* Ensure plant and equipment are running smoothly.
* Update maintenance logs.
* Contribute to efficiency and reliability.
* Fabrication and welding.
Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Discipline.
* Experience in manufacturing or factory environments.
* Welding and Fabrication experience. (desirable).
* Bearing fitting and alignment.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work within a team.
