The Opportunity
As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of the commercial function, owning outbound activity, building pipeline, and working closely with experienced Account Executives and Sales Leaders.
The key differentiator? Clear progression into an AE or Sales Leadership role in 6–9 months for high performers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging new business opportunities
- Booking high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Learning proven SaaS sales methodologies
- Acting as a trusted voice with prospective customers
- Laying the foundations for a long-term sales career
What We’re Looking For
- Some commercial experience (sales, account management, customer success, recruitment, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in sales and technology
- A coachable mindset — attitude matters as much as experience
