Quality Lead
Are you passionate about driving excellence and making a real impact across a complex organisation? We’re looking for an energetic, action-oriented Quality Lead to champion a “right first time” culture and lead meaningful improvements across our business.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a group-wide quality strategy, working with senior stakeholders and operational teams to reduce waste, improve performance, and enhance customer outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
As our Quality Lead, you’ll play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement by:
- Shaping and delivering a group-wide quality strategy to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Acting as programme lead, aligning divisions and driving improvement plans across the business
- Reviewing and enhancing quality management systems, setting clear group standards
- Championing best practice and embedding a “right first time” mindset
- Supporting project teams with expert guidance to ensure high-quality delivery
- Driving measurable improvements in performance and customer outcomes
- Providing oversight of supply chain quality standards and requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement robust group standards
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a confident, collaborative leader who can influence at all levels and turn strategy into action. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering projects within a large, complex organisation (ideally within regulated or high-hazard sectors such as construction, nuclear, or petrochemical)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
- Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building capability
- Experience managing competing priorities and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- A track record of improving quality, efficiency, and operational performance
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Why join us?
This is more than a quality role — it’s a chance to shape how we deliver across the entire organisation. You’ll have the autonomy, visibility, and support to drive real change and leave a lasting impact.
If you’re ready to lead from the front and make quality a true competitive advantage, we’d love to hear from you.
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
We’re committed to an inclusive and fair recruitment process. If you need any adjustments, please let us know, in confidence, our team is here to support you.
