The Role:
* Carrying out electrical works within domestic properties (social housing experience highly desirable)
* Day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and installations
* Working independently and as part of a wider team
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
Requirements:
* Strong domestic experience (ideally within social housing)
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* AM2 qualification
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Own transport (essential)
* Own tools
